BWH Hotel Group's lifestyle brand, Aiden by Best Western, will debut in Australia come September.

Overlooking Sydney 's iconic Pyrmont Bridge and Darling Harbour, the 88-room Aiden Darling Harbour sits in a 1930s Art Deco building — formerly a cereal storage space, then housing the Australian Fishing Museum, and the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia.

Today, the luxury boutique hotel has retained its original bricks and framework, featuring hand-painted murals in the rooms and detailing the heritage of the neighbourhood through art installations.

Sustainability is another focus, where all rooms are set with a recycling bin, as well as refillable bathroom amenities, glass water bottles, and eco-friendly laundry bags and slippers.

Rooms not only feature a pillow menu, but also customisable RGB lighting, a meditation channel, white noise radio channels, double-glazed windows, and blackout blinds.

The Aiden brand entered the market in 2018, catering to the mid and upscale segments. The Sydney opening joins sister properties in the US, Germany, Austria, South Korea, France and Italy.
