SynXis Property Hub (SPH) is a cloud-native property management solution which Sabre says will streamline daily operations and enhance guest experience.
The end-to-end technology solution will store central reservation content, rates, availability, and flexible workflows in one place. Also, unlike traditional solutions, the SPH places guest information and preferences front-and-centre for hotel staff.
These are expected to enhance the in-stay guest experience, enabling hoteliers to create a consistent brand experience.
SPH is also designed for easy onboarding for hotel employees, allowing them to learn the new system in days instead of weeks, according to Sabre.
As well, a mobile-optimised design means hotel staff can easily access guest information and execute operational tasks anywhere, resulting in a more efficient and connected experience.
With this general release to all hoteliers in end September, more than 450 properties from Sabre's launch customer database will be implementing the SPH.

Wilson added that already, the SPH has been deployed in more than 90 selected Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties in North America, and thousands more are expected to receive the tech update over 2022.
