Agoda has launched the Property AMA ("Ask Me Anything") Bot, an AI chatbot that answers travellers’ hotel questions instantly. The bot aims to help users make quicker booking decisions by providing precise information in seconds.
Since its soft launch, the Property AMA Bot has been handling more than 30,000 hotel questions daily. The tool uses a connection between Agoda’s systems and ChatGPT, enriched with live property data, to provide up-to-date responses.
Previously, users could contact property owners via Agoda’s messaging system, but response times and rates varied. The new bot now offers real-time, reliable answers directly on property pages across desktop, mobile web, and the app.

"The Property AMA Bot reduces uncertainty by answering questions instantly, which in turn leads to a smoother, more satisfying booking experience."
The Property AMA Bot is part of Agoda’s broader offering, which includes over 5 million properties, 130,000 flight routes, and 300,000 activities.
