Toy Story, Cars, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, and Inside Out – Pixar’s most beloved worlds are stepping out of the screen and into real life when the Mundo Pixar Experience lands in Tokyo on 20 March.

Also known as the Pixar World Exhibition, the immersive exhibition will be hosted at Creviabase Tokyo, featuring over 13 scenes from Disney·Pixar’s most iconic animated films across 3,500 sqm.

Visitors can stroll through the full, life-size scenes – shrink down to toy size in Andy’s bedroom from Toy Story or meet Lightning McQueen from Cars at Flo’s Café – to experience the charm of Pixar storytelling up close.

Designed for all ages, the Mundo Pixar Experience is currently in London and has already toured Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro and Seoul.

In Tokyo, the exhibition will run daily until 31 May except Mondays, from 10am to 10.50pm.

Ticket prices for adults start from 3,900 yen (US$25), 2,900 yen for children aged between four and 15 years old, or from 12,800 yen for the family package inclusive of two adults and two kids.
